Brauhaus Wand is situated in the scenic Swakop River near Goanikontes about 1 hour driving from Swakopmund. The crag was found and first climbed by Hasso Gantze and Volker Müller in 2010. About 8 years later, Gabriel González and Richard Morsbech started to develop the crag with new sport climbing routes. There are more future projects in the area on their agenda.
